I'm watching a few. New season of Jobless Reincarnation, the new Ghost in the Shell series, and most importantly SAGA OF TANYA THE PEAK SEASON 2!! neco_dance2

I have been looking forward to this one for ages. About the others though, I really like the Eris training arc so far. It's a real shame that she's doing all of this just be Rudeus' third wife... The new Ghost in the Shell series emulates an older art style which is really cool, and it is more lighthearted than the original series too. It's worth a watch.

as we all know subbed anime is superior. but are there any specific anime you prefer to watch dubbed? i always watch Naruto and Code Geass with the dub over the sub. mostly for nostalgia reasons, but i also believe that English Lelouch does a better job than Japanese Lelouch which is pretty rare. surprised

I did a quick estimate and it seems like there's only about 50-odd "acceptable" anime left for me to watch, by which I mean all the characters are virgins throughout with only minimal romance allowed By my estimate, that leaves me with only little more than a year to enjoy anime - how does hikarin practice managed decline in this situation? A lot of my hobbies are also weeaboo-adjacent so it's a big step to plan out. Feels like I'm taking charge of a relative's end-of-life care here.

1. a kite 2. ghost in the shell (rewatched three times somehow? so im counting it) 3. haruhi 4. apocalypse hotel 5. city the animation apocalypse hotel and city were my fave shows of that year. really hard to choose between them, as apocalypse had better individual episodes but city was more consistently great.
