I've been feeling miserable sleeping at 7AM and waking up at 3-4PM. I've started trying to sleep earlier but it's hard to course correct my schedule. How can I achieve something that's actually healthy
>>
>>10099 that is fine. the amount seems to be not that bad, and ask people who work night shift, it can be a bit weird to sleep at day but u somehow the body started to understand it, and also one last advice, if u are like "i wish my body needs less sleep so i can have more free time" then do semen retention (no touching dick no matter what) for about 2.5 months, it's real, u will need less of sleep

try to just stay up the whole day so youll be tired at night. or you could stay up just a bit longer each day until your schedule sorts itself out.

>>10111 >try to just stay up the whole day so youll be tired at night. This worked, I started being able to sleep at around 1AM instead of 7AM. Woke up at 9AM, feeling considerably better. Hopefully I can keep this consistently.

>>10144 glad i could help. good luck anon!!

>>10184 False alarm. I been waking up at 7AM and sleeping at around 12AM instead. In fact I will go to bed now, things have been going great. The next thing I need to work on is leaving the house more happy2

The strategy is to sleep just enough to not be tired the entire day but also be tired at a better time. Like I slept at 5AM, and forced myself to wake up at 10AM and I felt fine for the day but I felt tired at around 10PM. Before, I'd try to pull an all nighter and sleep at a better time the next day but I always end up taking random fat naps instead of a proper sleep. I feel like this only works for me when I have to go out the next day and be active since I think it's harder to feel tired during that, but I spend most of my days indoors in my room.
